In 2001, Industrial Caulk & Seal Inc. was born from the soul of a craftsman. As Founder and CEO, David V. Botley explains, “I grew up in Maine. My brother and uncle owned a small construction business where craftsmanship was a way to offer an honest and quality service. Living in a small town, any lack of honesty would be found out real soon.” Dave learned how fulfilling it was to do a great job for the people in his community. After work, he’d run into customers around town, and Dave wanted to be able to hold his head high, rather than hide behind a store shelf.

Dave left Maine for Pennsylvania in 1995. He still believed in treating his customers like they lived in his old small town of Lincolnville, Maine.
